Planning and Preparation
Aerial fiber optic cable installation is a complicated and time-consuming work. Before starting
aerial fiber optic cable installation, some preparation work must be done to ensure the whole
installation procedures go on wheels

Doing a Pre-survey
The purpose of this survey is to plan the cable route which will determine the aerial cable
installation method to be used, as well as the equipment and material requirements.

Installation Issues
Investigating the characteristics of the ground along the route to eliminate unnecessary problems.
Before aerial cable deployment, clearance problems over roadways, driveways, etc. should be
taken into consideration.

Splice Locations
The selection of splice locations in the survey allows verification of the transmission design and
make preparation for cable order lengths. Besides, these locations should not lie in sites where
access is inconvenient or hazardous.

WHAT OUR TOOL WILL PROVIDE YOU?
• Our Mobile Application is able to work on all Android devices of different makes.

• This system have offline and online mode to send data from mobile device to the centralized
server and application providing an option to push progress data manually.

• In case of unavailability of data network, application have the capability to capture and
store data locally in offline mode. However, when network is available the data is sent to
central server either manually or in a scheduled manner.

• The system have push notification functionalities for sending task/message/notification to field
users.

• For restoration of work, the app will provide facility to O&M field staff to capture lat-long of
fault location and lat-long of e2e.

• The app provide the facility to O&M field staff to capture field photos after fault restoration.

• The mobile application interface with the incident management to report closure of incidents.
The same application can be used by patrol teams to report incidents to the central team
during O&M phase of the project.

• The main purpose of the mobile application platform is to capture data from field in order to
carryout preliminary survey for planning , AS Built Drawing survey during Construction phase ,
migration of existing data digitization , AT and O&M phase.
