• Near Miss: An unplanned event that occurred at the workplace which although not resulting in any injury, illness or environmental damage, had the potential to do so.
• Serious Reportable Incidents: Refer to AD EHSMS – Mechanism 6 – Schedule A, B and C.
• LTI: Lost time Injury, where the injured person is not being able to report to work next day/shift.
