 Proper Money Investment is a company registered
under a SEBI. It provided fixed return to the investors
who invested their money in the company.

 PM Investment open demat account of that person


and provide portfolio management service to the
customer.

 So there is no risk on the customer, all the loss is born


by the company itself.

This project report gives practical information on what are the
objective of HR Policy in the company.
• Communicate values and expectations for how things are done
at organization
• Support consistent treatment of staff, fairness and transparency
• Help management to take decisions that are consistent, uniform

 Recruitment
• Recruitment is the process of analyzing the job
requirements and then potential candidates are
searched, which are then encouraged to apply for a
job in the organization.

• To handle demat accounts of the customers, for


marketing and sales department and for computer
and accounting work recruitment is done.

• For Recruitment, PM investment gives


advertisement in newspaper.

 Training
• In PM Investment, training is compulsory for new
employees because due to this employees become familiar
with their work that what they have to do in the company
in which oral test also conduct to test knowledge of
employees.

 Selection
• In PM Investment, after training the person is selected for
the job. Then appointment letter is given to the employee
with rules and regulation of the company and visiting card,
I- card of his/her name is generated.

 Payout
 The salary of the employee decided at the time of
interview. In PM Investment people get salary
according to their skills and work.

 Apart from salary, employee of PM investment also
gets extra benefits like commission if he/she
completes target, and others like vehicle facilities,
navratri and diwali expenses also.

Motivation
 Motivation is provided in way of training when there is
any change in internal or external factors related to
company. So that employees are inspired to do more
and proper work and they are satisfied with their work.

 Working Hours
 The hours of work are 9:30 am to 7:30 pm in PM
investment. And working days are Monday to Saturday.
Maximum one and half hour is provided as a lunch time
between 1:30 pm to 3 pm.
