• It was only the rat race of following Agile when no one actually not finding the assens

Make Presentation
• We will take little cards and write down the tasks. They were excited
• There were no discussion, they only saw what they need to do. After getting the items
done they move it to other side of bedroom door
• 3 years old was glad that she is sticking the stuff on the bedroom, but because it
made visible what needed to be done she understood what she need to do instead
for us telling her what to do again and again
• The following evenings , we tried several stuff . We added some for cards and todos if
it works it was great if it didn’t we move it to next evening
• And in this way , we manage to take down the time and the effort for evening routine
from 50 mins to 40 minutes and even to 30 minutes
• Wife, PO knows that she can leave stuff to kids and they will pick it up by themselves
