1. Cardiovascular – refers to the heart rate of a person
2. Endurance – the ability to apply strength for a long
period of time
3. Strength – the ability to exert force
4. Flexibility – the capability of the muscles to twist or
bend

deliver oxygen to working
muscles and tissues as well as
