refers to the maximum
amount of force a muscle
can exert against an
opposing force.
Ex.: Using weights (bench
press, leg press, etc.)

b. Basic Plank – to measure strength /
stability of the muscles

refers to the ability of the

fatigue.
Ex.: Pushups, sit-ups or crunches
