B2B Main Strategy
We’re using deal first, the because we can got the orders directly without tender
process, when in tender price between companies than other companies is very
strict. In the first and second week, we must got a lot of money to buy a machine in
production department, to produced items, then decrase Cost of Good Sold (COGS).
B2B Bid Strategy
We’re set the price isn’t in round price, always with coma. we usually apply on the
1st - 60th day price is +2 +3 of the value of the COGS, for the current price because
it is usually quite tight, then we apply the price approaching the COGS is +0.50
+0.75 and so it's in order to win the offer, it will incrase the market share.

Employee Production
- For the production part when buying machine, it will be adding 3-4 employees, and if the
production part sells the machine, the employees will be staying.
Hiring The Employee
At the tim we want to choose an employee, we are looking for the ocean that suit what
is needed. If the ocean is not suitable, than we can choose the one approaching from the
ocean that is needed.
Training The Employee
When we do it according to the ocean, it is most likely not to be in line wits its
field. So when the employees has arrived we must immediately train, so that the
new employee can work well.
Employee Support
For employees in the support section, when experiencing issues but are being
used by service, then the employees cannot be consulted.
MRP
■ Use MRP just in early game before machine comes
– 100% procure to fulfil outstanding b2b
– We prefer use vendor who allow us to credit
Service
■ At the early game until mid game set bid 50% from WTP (Willing to Pay)
– Gain more money
– Increase sales
■ At the late game we bid more than 60% from WTP
– Increase net profit and sales
