To enhance the HSE positive culture, PBJV Group has introducing the
CARE program by engaging everyone with value-driven behavior.
 OBJECTIVES
To support the implementation of Let’s C.A.R.E.
program in developing HSE Culture across the
organization which lead to a positive shift in attitudes
and behaviours as well as to attain HSE excellence and
improving company HSE performance.

To increase awareness, knowledge and understanding

among staff on Company’s HSE programs throughout
yearly HSE Implementation Plan.
