OUTILINE OF PRESENTATION FOR PROPOSAL DEFENSE ( TO BE POSTED IN OUR FB PAGE)During the Proposal defense jot
down all comments/suggestions from the panelists. Keep all the documents with notations from panelists. Prepare your
questionnaires vis-à-vis with your SOP and secure VALIDATION CERTIFICATE and have it accomplished prior to the conduct of
survey. PREPARE YOUR GANNT CHART SO AS TO FINISH YOUR PAPER ON TIME.
PRE-ORAL DEFENSE (FULL RESEARCH CHAPTERS 1-5)
1. Follow the schedule as stated. Pay your statistician Fee ( 4,500 at the cashier get charge slip from Research
Center) 2. Submit manuscript 1 week
before the schedule of presentation (6 copies in expanded
folder color Blue for MA and yellow for PhD) NO MANUSCRIPT I WEEK PRIOR TO DEFENSE
DATE NO DEFENSE.3. Settle your defense fee GS office (4,125MA) (7,500 PhD)
Pay your advisers Fee GS office (5,000 MA 7,000 PhD.)
4. Secure recommendations for oral defense from your adviser
