The RNC equipment description is stored only in the BAM database and is not
sent to the host. The actual description of each parameter should fill according to
the requirement of customer

This command includes the type of the interface boards from slot 14 to slot 22 and the
backup mode. Where, Subrack type is set to RSS. Other parameter should be configured
according to the boards location and backup types inside RNC switch subrack in real project.

The type of the actual interface board in the subrack must be consistent with the type of the interface board
that is configured. Run this command repeatedly if multiple RBS subrack data is required.

8KHZ Is the independ clock source and input from com1 of GCUa board
LINE1-8KHZ provide two channels of 8 kHz clock signals that are locked
LINE2-8KHZ at the interface boards and transported to the backplane.
Manual: The user specifies a clock source and inhibits it from automatically being handed over to other sources.
Auto: The user is not required to specify a clock source and the system is able to select the clock source
with the highest priority automatically.
1. You can set the clock source of interface boards in the RSS to backplane 8 K output clock source
which cannot be set for that of interface boards in the RBS.
2. You can choose 0 to 31 as the link number when setting the clock source for the AEU and PEU.
You can choose 0 and 1 as the link number when setting the clock source for the AOU.
You can choose 0 to 3 as the link number when setting the clock source for the UOI.
