Concluding Remarks
• The approach of design method achieves Life
Safety level  comply with standard
• All variations produce overstrength factor () 
structure posses ductile performance.
• Configuration of steel – RC frames derives
dynamic behavior and nonlinear behavior
• As RC frames less dominant in hybrid MRF will
decrease a hybrid performance system.
• Modal load pattern will be apropiate for
evaluation rather than uniform load pattern

Recommendation
• Nonlinear time history analysis could be the next
step
• Further study on the steel frame behavior by
considering detail modelling in all the joints
• Further investigation to develop more
sophisticated design method
