• Automatic Fire Protection System to save Equipment,

Operators and down time cost.

• The primary cause of “FIRE” on mining:

Due to spillage / splash of hydraulic fluid or diesel.

• The system operates by flooding the pre-defined fire

prone areas with Dry Chemical Powder and Carbon di-
oxide gas from fixed nozzle locations.

• The activation is done either automatically by the

sensing system or by manual operation.
Avionics
This cable is used in the Intercom
 This system is capable of system of Cheetah & Chetak
generating an audio warning and Helicopter. It facilitates
transmitting it on the V/UHF air to interconnection between Helicopter
ground radio channel in use at the
time of ejection.
Ground support equipments

This enables bay servicing, fault rectification

and recalibration of the following Indicators for
Cheetah/Chetak helicopter:

Triple indicator (Ty.8385-09),

Collective pitch indicator (Ty: 843-38-1, 843-
16-1As)

From Southern Electronics Ltd Banglore and learnt a Lot of things,
a few point I have mentioned.

 Learnt about the leadership and team work to do an effective work.

 Learnt about tactics to maintain discipline and how to deal with workers.
 Learnt how to control quality problems, defects in material, laboratory testing of a
hardness of material an how to meet the demands of customers.
 Learn about all machining process.
 Learnt about CNC machining process in CNC cell. and I absorb the CAM shaft
machine,small drilling machine ,grinding machine ,hand press to machine to assembly.
CONCLUSION
 Learnt to adjust in the working environment

 To deal with the people at work from the boss to the workers

 Its a good and quality experience as it helps us to realize what we want in

future.

 It was a wonderful learning experience at Southern Electronics Pvt Ltd

Bangalore for 4 weeks in Bangalore .
