14 days annual holiday ( consecutive) after

WORKING HOURS

PAYMENT OF WAGES

Payment of wages on a working day


before the expiry of the 7th day after
the last day of wage period.
Unclaimed Wages pay day.
After the termination of employment
of the person, the wages earned shall
be paid before the expiry of the second
working day on which his employment
is terminated.
No wage period can exceed 1 month

An employer is required to submit his and
employee’s contribution to a bank
designated by EOBI before 15th of every
month. An employer has to pay contribution
equal to 5% of the minimum wage while an
employee has to pay that contribution at the
rate of 1% of minimum wage.
