Area of Focus: Drop-out/ SARDO
 45 out of 90 students who dropped and
200 out of 297 students with failing
grades, their family economic status is
below poverty line, thus they are forced
to work to support for their study.
 60 out of 90 students who dropped and
250 out of 297 students with failing
grades lived in an island barangay and
they tend not to attend school especially
during bad weather since there is no
means of transportation.
Area of Focus: Drop-out/ With Failing Grades

 Two (2) schools with a high number of


Drop-out have nearby computer shops
or internet café.
 60 out of 90 students who dropped
live in island barangays: teachers find
difficult to conduct home visitation
due to distance of home from school.
Area of Focus: Students with Failing Grades/ SARDO

 25 out of 31 students who dropped and


with failing grades is affected by the
distance of school from home because
they have to walk more than 3
kilometers away from school everyday.
 Students tend to cut classes since the
school is not fully enclosed with a
permanent perimeter fence.
 Conduct Home visitation.
 Seek the help and support of the barangay
council to reach out the students and their
parents who are at risk of dropping out and
with failing grades.
 Proper implementation and monitoring of the
municipal ordinance on the truancy of the
students and prohibiting them to enter the
internet café during class hours.
