performing Sales Manager to help us meet our

 Job Duties:
o Achieve growth and hit sales targets by
successfully managing the sales team.
o Design and implement a strategic business plan.
o Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and
performance monitoring of sales representatives.
o Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer
relationships.
o Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and
realistic forecasts to the management team.

 Qualification: BBA/MBA preferably major in
marketing.
 Experience: 2-3 years sales experience including 01
year as a sales manager.

influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
organization.
o Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to
close and multi-tasking.
