• Customer Perception is a marketing concept that tells us
what customers think about a brand or a company or its
offerings.
• It can be positive or negative feelings, perceptions,
inhibitions, predispositions, expectations or experiences that
a customer has.
• Customer Perception decides how much a product sells and
how a company is perceived.

• The table 5.1 shows that 4% of the respondents have been came
to know about DL by others
• Most 96% of respondents have been came to know about DL by Word
of Mouth

• The logistics company should arrange the training for using advanced technology
• Before filling the shipment bill the logistics company should verify all the details related to
goods
• The logistics company should choose the right customer freight station which is providing all
godown facilities.
• The logistics company should ask the customer to send the goods as earlier as possible.
• In the problem of vessel delay they have to rearrange the planning to send the goods to
another vessel.
• The container should be reached the port as soon as possible based on that the planning
should in advance.

terms of quality price staff service packing handling of goods vechile condition
branches and warehouse.
• The analysis of the study will help the company to understanding the level of
satisfaction in customer perception in DAHNAY LOGISTICS PVT LTD.
