• The study as been undertaken to identify the
CUSTOMER PERCEPTION towards service rendered by

• The main aim of the research is to identify competitive
area of DAHNAY LOGISTICS PVT LTD services to different
customer and area of Chennai.
• It is important to underscore the word perception.
Perception is “is the act of discerning realizing and
becoming aware of through the senses”.

published reports on retentions strategies, causes of attrition and
also collected from various magazines, books, newspapers and
internet. The analysis of the information gathered has been made
on the basis of the clarifications sought during the personal
discussions with the concerned people and perception during the
personal visits to the important areas of services

Simple percentage analysis refers to a ratio. With the help of

the collected data, but when percentages are found out then it

FINDINGS OF THE STUDY

• Most 96% of respondents have been came to know about Dahnay

• Most 48% of the respondents have been using Dahnay Logistics for
2-3years.
• Most60% of the respondents are using DL for Quality.
• Most 30% of respondent have been exportation of goods as weekly
and 24% of respondents have been exportation of goods as daily.
• Majority 70% of the respondents delivery schedule was on time.

SUGGESTION
• The logistics company should ask the customer to send the invoices before planning

• The logistics company should arrange the training for using advanced technology

• Before filling the shipment bill the logistics company should verify all the details related to
goods

• The logistics company should choose the right customer freight station which is providing all
godown facilities.

• The logistics company should ask the customer to send the goods as earlier as possible.

• In the problem of vessel delay they have to rearrange the planning to send the goods to
another vessel.

• The container should be reached the port as soon as possible based on that the planning
should in advance.

CONCLUSION

• Dahnay logistics pvt ltd are extended to the customer perception regarding in
terms of quality price staff service packing handling of goods vechile condition
branches and warehouse.

• The management’s role in implementing customer perception in the organisation


is very effective. Most of the customers are satisfied with the services,price and
quality adopted in the company

• The analysis of the study will help the company to understanding the level of
satisfaction in customer perception in DAHNAY LOGISTICS PVT LTD.

• DAHNAY LOGISTICS PVT LTD implements effective discipilinary procedures it will


help the company to go with their polices and also to maintain customer
perception in logistics.
