Main Objective: To conduct and facilitate the
orientation on the RPMS Manual for
Teachers and School Heads in all Schools
Before the Roll-Out
- Ensure that the SDS, ASDS and other officials
in the SDO are oriented about the RPMS
Manual and what transpire in the RTOT.

- Map out some of the critical data/information


[No. of schools, types, sizes and the Rater and
the Ratee ratio (e.g. MT:T / HT:T per school)].

- Consider and identify the current/existing


practices in the division on Classroom
Observation and RPMS implemention.
