form by sales executive, the store

of medleymed.

medicines that you ordered, is
correctly or not.

Back end of the process
App splits the order to the different distributors according to the availability of
the medicines.
Then the area manager will provide the info to the distributors and then they
make the bills.
Delivery boy went and get all the medicines and bring them to the sorting
centre .
At sorting centre the packets of the retailers are prepared and the bills are
processed on the site and after the delivery , bills processed again by the AM.

● There is nothing for making the delivery convenient and easy before but soon medleymed is
launching the app specially for the delivery boys that is called GEOTAGGING APP. In this the
delivery boy will tag the correct location of the retailer during the delivery . By this a convenient
way can be prepared for the fast delivery and it would not be confusive anymore.
PROPOSED SOLUTIONS
● For app bugs the company should improve the app by launching any updated version and must
launch an app for IOS users also.

● For payment issue , company should deal with the other payment methods also for example ;

rise of the company and can be the reason of devastation of the company.
● And no inventory of the company is the reason of 90% of the problems that occurs daily. Its very
hard to being updated with the data of the distributors or the availability of the medicines in the
stock of the distributors.
