 EMPLOYEE MODULE

 Employee Register- Enter the details of

Employee(Full name, Address, Contact no.
etc.) to register into the system records
 Employee Login- Login into the system with
their employee id
 See student details- Access all the records of
students and their details(like name, photo,
address, contact no. etc)
 Check In/Out of students- Employee can
easily verify availability of students.
  Updation of Notice Board- Important notices for
students like Ragging is not allowed etc
 Updation of Rules and Regulations- All rules
and regulations of hostels
 Administration Module

 Manage students issue- Its administrator’s is to

manage all the issues of students and resolve it
timely
 Maintenance activities- All maintenance work
done by administrator(like Repairing of A.C,
Replacing the beds etc)
