Step by Step Procedures
1.Gather all the
materials, things,
equipment, ingredients
needed in butter icing
making.
2. Set the Working Area.
3.Wear PPE.
4.Prepare all the Ingredients needed.
½ cup of butter , ½ cup of Lard ,
coloring gel ½ cup of confectioner
/Powdered sugar
1Tbsp. Of milk ( optional )
5. Prepare all the equipment and materials.
pastry bags/ piping bags, pastry tip/
nozzle
Electric mixer, bowl, measuring cups,
6.Combined the butter and Lard inside the
bowl .
Mix it well using the electric mixer.
7. Gradually add the confectioner sugar.
8. Add the milk (optional ) and continue
mixing for 1 min.
9. Add the food coloring gel.
10. Transfer the butter icing to other bowl.
11. Add the food coloring Gel.
12. Insert the pastry tip/nozzle in your pastry bag
13.Cut the Tip of Pastry bag.
14.Put the colored butter icing inside the PB .
15. Start decorating your cupcakes
16.Add any edible garnishes/toppings.
