• Technology Head to develop App based applications and digitize all
records including supply chain
• Marketing Head will assist in setting up stores/counters in Malls and
also assist in promotion of business

Operational Plan
• Land will be acquired on long term lease basis from the farms. The
land will be mostly irrigated thereby not requiring much investment
on development
• Documentation of lease agreement and other terms
• Soil testing/ preparing the land for growing organic vegetables
• Tie up with local Dairy for supply of animal dung required for manure
• Tie up with Municipal bodies for supply of compost fertilisers
• Acquiring quality seeds from the market

• Acquired land will be demarcated and made into small units say 1000
sq. ft
• The demarcated plot will be properly named with the unit holders
name
• Make shift rest rooms/kitchen at farm locations for the unit holders
and their family members use.
• Grow some flowers to be given as complimentary during their visits
Financial Plan
• The activity will not require much capital as capital investment is
minimal.
• Funding through own sources initially. Others contribution will be
taken as the business gets scaled up
• The rental value is around 8000 per acre per month
• The price of individual units will be worked out on cost plus profit
basis. The recovery will be upfront
• The produce will be sold at the prevailing market price
• No refrigeration is proposed as the produce will be sold within 24
hours
