This project takes advantages of digitalization to help health care fraternity.
The whole health care system provides features such as booking an
appointment, digital medical records, paper-less prescription, ordering
medicine through valid digital prescription. Patient’s history helps doctors in
emergency situations which is directly accessible from doctor’s or patient’s
account. In critical situations patient can also request a home visit to doctor
as well as order prescription by staying home.

ABSTRACT
In the current era of digitalization of everything we are making a project to Logo Login Page
support the trend of digitalization of whole health care system from booking
an appointment to delivery of medicines at patient’s home. The whole
project is divided in three modules namely patient module, doctor module
and chemist module. Firstly, patient will book an appointment for his/her
regional hospital or clinic. After booking an appointment patient will visit
doctor at the designated time. Doctor will check the patient and will make a
digital prescription on our website. Patient will be able to access the
prescription from his account as well as order it from available pharmacies.
When pharmacy will receive the order of that patient, a delivery boy will pack
the medicines and leave for the patient’s address. Patient will receive the
order on the doorstep.

 Provides details about diseases, its symptoms, causes, diagnostics and its
prevention
