 1. Crisis for natural sand
• On 17 November 2017, Black day of our project as SC ban sand mining,
• But with proper guidance and support, we have successfully conducted
Mix design with m-Sand with all technical parameter with the help of ACT
method (IS:9013-1978) with in three days and submitted to Clint,

 2. Nallaha Diversion with in CBL level
• Due not Availability of land near nallaha, we have to divert nallaha with in
half part of the CBL level, by using local soil bund or by brick work,
• It increases time cycle to complete lining in full section.
• Nallaha is diverted to one side and after completion of the section nallaha
is diverted to other side to complete other part of section.

 3. Soil Compaction in Residential Area
• Due to not availability of clear distance from bund to the nearest residential
area, We could not use vibro rollers for compaction of soil, it increases
number of dead passes to achieve required compaction. It increases time
of the process, Use of vibro lead to cracks in nearby buildings.

 4. Shortage of water for curing
• Jaipur is a area of Rajasthan, where water crises is sever from last
decade,
• For fulfilling our large water demand for curing we use curing compound,
• Curing compound saved up to 200 M litres of water from curing.
