• PUBLIC RELATION is the art of managing communicatiuon between an
organization and it’s key public to build, manage and sustain a
positive image and no segment of society is more public relations
conscious than the entertainment industry.
• Eventoss know the value of effective communications because as an
entertainment company it has to deal with no. of people, work for
people and has to maintain it’s goodwill among people.
• Eventoss has a department for public relation, which works in the
most effective way and helps to build good image of Eventoss among
people.
WORKING WITH EVENTOSS ENTERTAINMENT PVT. LTD.

• Working with Eventoss was totally new experience. It helped me to learn

many new things and grow my knowledge. As it is an event organization
,which means something new is taking place everyday, we always have to
be active and full of enthusiasm.
• It also helped me to be positive in the most stressed situation.
• My intertainship period was for 26 November 2018 to 10 January 2019 and
during this time many events took place in eventoss and I was fortunate
enough to participate in those events.
• When there was no events then at that time I was working for-

• I was working under PRIYA KANCHAN ma'am ,who is Trade Support Head in
Eventoss. My work was to give ideas to promote new LOGO of wedlock & to do
some caption writings. She was very supportive and helped me a lot , whenever I
needed her.

PRESENTATION
• I was working under RAHUL sir, So he gave me task to make a
presentation on –
• 1 –TOOLS FOR DIGITAL PR
• 2-101 IDEAS FOR EVENTOSS
In this both presentation I have to give my own views and come up
with new ideas. This work was challenging as I was new there but Rahul
sir was always there to help me and make me understand those things.
This work also gave me sense of achievement.
Coca Cola family event
• This event took place in HOTEL MAURYA in patna, my work was to
attend all guest and to note down their name,designation and with
whom they have came with.
• This event was fun and it also taught us how to interact with people,
and how to be polite with them.
• After my work was done, I too was able to enjoy that event with
others and to help my seniors in their work.
• Dainik Bhaskar patna utsav begins from 22nd of December 2018 to 30th december. It was organised by
DAINIK BHASKAR & event managed by EVENTOSS. Many famous personality like SHAHRUKH
KHAN,GULZAR,PANKAJ UDAAS, SANJEEV KAPOOR and many other came to attend this auspicious
event, I was fortunate enough to attend some of those events. Events that took place were like-
• 1- RUN FOR (GUEST was actress FATIMA SAIKH).
• 2-MEDIA SEMINAR (Guest were DR. VADE PRATAP VADIK & DEEPAK CHAOURASIA).
• 3-MUSICAL KAWI SAMELAN (Guest were poet DR. KUMAR VISHWAS along with WASEEM BARELVI,
ANKITA SINGH, SAYAD NARAYAN, MADAN MOHAR SAMAR and MUMTAZ NASIM).
• 4-EK SAAM GULZAR (Guest was GULZAR).
• 5-CELEBRITY TALK SHOW ( Guest was actor SHAHRUH KHAN).
• 6-COOKERY SHOW (Guest was chef SANJEEV KAPOOR).
• 7-ACHIEVERS TALK ( Guest was BHARAT DAVOLKAR).
• 8- GAZAL EVENING (Guest was PANKAJ UDAAS).
MEDIA SEMINAR
• It was very knowledgable and this two great personality was there Dr.
Ved Pratap Vadik and Deepak Chaourasia, who are well known in
media world. They were sharin g their experience ,motivating
audience, answering various question.
• Many media people were there and I was also sitting with them,
listening to everything. Topics for discussion were fake news,
international politics etc.
ACHIEVERS TALK
• Advertising & Marketing guru, BHARAT DAVOLKAR was there to
influence everyone. He is known as Advertising guru. We can see his
amazing work in Amul advertisement.
• He was influencing audience with story of his journey, ideas of
advertisement and marketing for different types of firm etc and
answering questions from audience.
• His way of interacting with audience was funny as well as
knowledgable.
 CONCLUSION
• AS I WAS ON MY INTERNSHIP IN EVENTOSS I FOUND EVERYTHING
NEW AND CHALLENGING FOR ME , THERE WAS A TIME I WAS
FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I WASN’T KNOWING HOW TO DO THAT TASK
CORRECTLY BUT WITH RIGHT GUIDNESS , SUPPORTIVE SENIORS AND
MY HARDWORK I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE MY INTERNSHIP PERIOD
SUCCESSFULLY. WORKING IN EVENTOSS TAUGHT ME TO BE POSITIVE
IN EVERY SITUATION , TO EXPRESS MY VIEW IN RIGHT WAY AND ALSO
IT HELPED ME TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS AND INCRASE MY
KNOWLEDGE .
