NTSC PROTOCOL

 All DESO TSS must do a one -time registration in the NTSC


system, using these numbers [ For Smart/Talk N’ Text/Sun :
4681-6872; For Globe/TM/Others: 0919 -1606872] and
following the format below:

 For one clustered precinct only:


 REG<Ballot ID Number>[space]<FULLNAME>
 REG 01010001 Juan Dela Cruz

 For several clustered precincts:


 REG<Ballot ID Number,Ballot ID Number>[space]<FULLNAME>
 REG 01010001,01010002 Juan Dela Cruz

You must receive a reply from NTSC. If you don’t, check the codes
and register again.
NTSC PROTOCOL

 REMINDERS DURING FTS AND ELECTION DAY :


 The DESO TSS must wear their official IDs at all times
 The DESO TSS must coordinate with the Election Officers concerned
regarding the schedule of the FTS of their designated clustered
precincts
 The DESO TSS must arrive at their designated clustered precincts on
or before 6:00 AM of Election Day
 Upon arrival at the Polling Center, the DESO TSS must furnish the
Electoral Boards of the clustered precincts where the DESO TSS is
assigned to, their contact number/s
 The DESO TSS must stay in an area where they can be easily found or
called by the EBs

ALL DESO Technical Support Staff or DESO TSS are under the
supervision of the DESO.

 How to report events?

 DESO TSS must text to NSTC using these numbers ---[For


Smart/Talk N’ Text/Sun: 4861-6872; For Globe/TM/Others:
0919-1606872]

 Use this SMS format: <Activity Code>[space]<BALLOT ID>

 Example: DESO TSS reporting his or her attendance or arrival


at the Polling Place assigned to him on FTS day. He must
text this to NTSC ---- FATTE 0101001

 If DESO TSS failed to report the events on time, they may call
[Administrative Support Hotline – (02)248-4422].

 The DESO TSS is also required to troubleshoot the VCM in case of


system defect and provide solutions. If the technical concern/s
cannot be resolved, call the NTSC [VCM Support Hotline - (02)248-
4444]
NTSC PROTOCOL

 DESO TSS with VRVM functions (Caloocan City, Iloilo, Nueva


Ecija and Misamis Oriental) are required to troubleshoot the
VRVM and provide solutions.

 They will call the NTSC [ VRVS Support – (02)248-4466] for


technical concerns
