• Balwadi Intervention is
Chambal’s school readiness
programme for pre-schoolers
• We are managing 25 Anganwadi
Centers in 21 villages of
Sultanpur Block in Kota district
• About 600 children of 3-5 years
are enrolled in these centers

• Adopted ITI – Sangod in 2011 and ITI- Sultanpur in 2014 under the PPP programme of Government of
India
• Nearly 100% Placement achieved in ITI - Sangod
• Built new building, renovated the existing building, installed computers & new equipment and started
new trades at ITI- Sangod
• Renovation of building and new equipment for additional trades is currently on at ITI -Sultanpur

• Over 500 students are benefitting from the scheme.
• We planned to expand this initiative from Class -3 to Class -12 in FY 2015-16
