pemeriksaan serta perawatan adalah hal yang berbeda.

T.18 SKIMMER 3 MONTHLY

1 Inspect SKIMMER for damage and corrosion and missing parts
2 Inspect Hydraulic connectors, ensure dust cap fitted
3 Inspect disc, scrapper, and tire condition
4 Grease and lubricate when necessary
5 Connect skimmer to Power pack and run in water for 15 minutes
(flush with fresh water)
6 Disconnect equipment from power pack & Clean the equipment
7 Return unit to standby
8 Report if any defect

POWER PACK 3 MONTHLY

1 Inspect Power pack for damage and corrosion and missing parts
2 Inspect Hydraulic connectors, ensure dust caps fitted, inspect
battery condition.
3 Check all oil level, and check for leak, Inspect air filter, clean or
replace
4 Grease and lubricate when necessary
5 Run equipment for 30 minutes
6 Check all tension of all drive belt
7 Return unit to standby
8 Report if any defect

HYDRAULIC HOSES ANUALY

1 Inspect hoses for damage and corrosion and missing parts
2 Inspect Hydraulic connectors, ensure dust caps fitted
3 Do random bend test to the hoses
4 Grease and lubricate when necessary
5 Return unit to standby
6 Report if any defect
 AIR INFLATION BOOM 6 MONTHLY

DISPERSANT ANUALY

1 Take dispersant sample for 50 ml
2 Take sea water for 1 liter in clean bottle ,and oil sample for 50 ml
3 Put some oil to the sea water ,then take few droplet of dispersant
to oil on water.
4 Do few shakes to the bottle and see the result, whether the oil
break in to small droplet and stay in the water column for quite
some times
5 Ensure the dispersant not under direct sun (sheltered)
6 Report if any defect
