CONSTRAINTS
• Probably the most common type of project constraint revolves around the
availability of human resources to perform the project. As we have noted, one
of the key methods for shortening project durations is to move as many
activities as possible out of serial paths and into parallel ones. This approach
assumes, of course, that staff is free to support the performance of multiple
activities at the same time (the idea behind parallel work).
