This part should measure the projected impact
of the strategy to be implemented. A good tool
to be used is the Balanced Scorecard, where
four perspectives can be measured: FINANCIAL
PERFORMANCE, CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE,
INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESSES, and
LEARNING AND GROWTH.
There is a need to ensure that these are
consistent with formulated strategy.

required parts. It is clearly presented, well
organized and well written.
Satisfactorily meets the minimum requirements
3.00- 4.99 SATISFACTORILY and the performance expectations.
Does not meet the minimum requirements and the
