FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS
Feasibility Analysis Executive Summary

Mrs. Ana Nijin S. Namuag created the following feasibility

analysis for the Automated Patient’s Information System of
Flaminggo Diagnostic Clinic project. The system proposal is
attached along with the detailed feasibility study. The highlights
of the feasibility analysis are.

Technical Feasibility
The Automated Patient’s Information System is
feasible technically, although there is some risk.
Automated Patient’s Information Systems risk regarding
familiarity with Application is Medium
The System User is not quite familiar in using a system.
The User knows how to use application, yet in terms of
systems application they only have a little experience.

Automated Patient’s Information System risk regarding

familiarity with Technology is low
The system users would be quite difficult to use the
system due to new technology installed.
Automated Patient’s Information System risk regarding
project size medium
The project team likely will include less than 5 people.
System user’s involvement will be required.
The system will be updated every 2 years because for
functionalities check-up.

The compatibility with Automated Patient’s Information

System existing technical infrastructure should be good
The new system will efficiently use for patient’s
transactions rather than old manual transaction.
The system functionality is more advance because it is
automated.
Economic Feasibility
A cost-benefit analysis was performed; see attached spreadsheet for
details. A conservative approach shows that the Automated Patient’s
Information System has a good chance of adding to the bottom line of
the Diagnostic Clinic significantly.

ROI over 3 years: 51.44 percent

Total benefit after years: Php 300,000.00 (adjusted for present value)
Break-Event Point: after 2.24 years
