DRYING POWER OF THE WINTER WIND & INCREASED URINE PRODUCTION, THAT CANNOT BE NOTICED
EASILY.

• HEART CONDITIONS- COLD TEMPERATURES PUT EXTRA STRAIN ON THE HEART.

• PROPER WARM-UP BEFORE STARTING EXERCISES.
