 Kepala bayi melekat
ke arah vulva
TATALAKSANA
Breathe. Do not push
Elevate the legs into McRoberts position
Call for help
Apply suprapubic pressure (do not use fundal pressure)
enLarge the vaginal opening. Cut an episiotomy if more
room is needed for maneuvers
Maneuvers deliver the posterior arm or perform
rotational maneuvers
