 Launch ANSYS CAE Modeler
Select the
Global Data
Center or your
own database

Next, Click here

to search for
ANSYS
compatible
material data
 Locate ANSYS-ready data

Select material
model
Select material
type of interest
 Select Material

Click Revise Search to Select your material:

restrict Search to your
Personal Material Green- data is instantly
Database available

Orange- Data is Private.

Click to request access to
this data
Select ANSYS export

Select Workbench 12

 Calibrate Material Model

Use Matereality CAE Modeler

to create your material model.

Pick or remove points, modify

modulus, add missing data
such as Poisson’s ratio, etc.

Tip: use Zoom to focus on

areas of interest.

Click Update to apply your

changes
 Download xml. file to desktop

Click Download to send the

material model to your CAE
Import xml file
