ABC Sdn Bhd.
POSITION
A manager of a company offered a
promotion to his accountant to refrain
the latter from lodging a report to police
regarding his embezzlement of the
company’s money.
DISCOUNT
A, an owner of luxury car dealer
company accorderd75% discount for a
BMW car to B (an enforcement officer).
This extreme discount is to coax B to halt
B’s action against A, who was under
probe due to his participation in drug-
selling.
