OBJECTIVE
The objective of the study is divided into two parts:-
•Primary objective
•Secondary objective
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:- To find out the interest rates,
tenure, percentage of funding, eligibility to apply for loans
etc.
CUSTOMER SURVEY
• Sampling procedure - convenience sampling.
• Sample size - 50
• Sample extent - bulandshahr (u.p.)
• Sampling type - random
In the survey, we found that majority of people who have taken
loan are salaried person, followed by self-employed and then
retire persons.
On the basis of survey we found that home loan is most
popular,followed by educational loan and personal loans.
male customer prefer more loan as compare to female customers.
RECOMMENDATION & CONCLUSION
