Activities
The Community Health and Nursing Services has long been in the
forefront in educating the Filipino on basic health care and in providing
access to health services for vulnerable groups and communities.

The beneficiaries of the program include children, the


elderly, pregnant & breastfeeding mothers and persons w/
disabilities.

PURPOSE:
To improve & sustain the health situation
of the most vulnerable individuals and
communities eventually making them self-
sufficient in health care through
cooperation w/ LGUs and community
members themselves.

Safety service
- is one of the service arms of the Philippine Red Cross
tasked with a nationwide educational campaign to ensure
the health and safety of the Filipino people.

Safety Services Program includes conduct of training in:


-First Aid
-Basic Life Support-Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
-Water Safety (Swimming, Aquatic Lifesaving & Life
guarding)
-Accident Prevention
-basic rescue courses
The Safety Services renders:
-first aid
-ambulance
-beach patrol and life guarding
-basic rescue services

-Service shall be one of the most responsive services of the PRC which
is concerned primarily with organized social service activities aimed to
facilitate and strengthen basic relationship & the mutual adjustment
between individual & their social environment for the good of the
individual & of the society.
