OPERATION
 Daily raw materials arrived at the factory
 Storage of raw materials
 Heat water until boil
 Remove fish heads
 Put the fish into debone
 Machine for keropok lekor, fish bones are remove

and for keropok kering, fish bones are not remove.


 Put debone fish into mixing machine together with

starch and salt


 Shape the dough into cylindrical shape
 Boil all keropok lekor for 30 minutes and toss

them
 Keep keropok lekor in the freezer to make

keropok kering
 Slice keropok lekor into small pieces
 Dry them under sunlight and ready to be

packed
