OLEC's engineering
 Company is known for its creating Graphic Arts, Screen Printing,
Printed Circuit Board, Liquid Crystal Display and Photo-Chemical
Machining Applications.
 In 2003 OLEC moved into its new 200,000 square foot
headquarters. Sitting on 13 acres in Santa Ana, CA, this site is the
final step in the consolidation of six small factories into one state-of-
the-art facility
JOB ANALYSIS:

 The Marketing Manager at OLEC CORPORATION will have to


plan direct and coordinate the marketing of the organization’s
products and/or services personally or through subordinate
supervisors.

 Need to establish marketing goals and execute them , research on


the financial , technological and demographic factor.

 Coordinate promotion and advertising activities as well as


communicate with external agencies and recommend pricing
strategies.

 Evaluate market reactions and recommend changes to ensure


fulfillment of organizational goals.
JOB SPECIFICATION:

The minimum qualifications required are:


 4-10 years of experience in the
marketing industry.
 M.A or master’s degree or equivalent
 Combination of education and experience.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
 Nationality : Only Indian national would be eligible to apply.
 Educational qualification:

1. Masters degree or equivalent

 Screening of the applicants
 Tests-achievement and personality test will be
conducted.
 Interview- unstructured, stress and situational interviews
are to be conducted.
 Medical examination- need to be medically fit before
they commence the application process.

 The company is situated in India in the north region.
 5 vacancies for marketing Manager.
