Conclusions

 We need to have practical solution to tap the Indian Market.

 Every market has its own way of working and for Indian market, we need the local
base solution / strategy to get the bigger volume.

 We need to have at least two executive level people in North and South India to cater
to this segment which has hundreds of small end users.

 Technical Support needs to be more visible in day to day business.

 We should be involved as a part of the team and we need to work-together to make


positive developments happen.
