INTRODUCTION
Crime Forecasting and Reporting is a web based
application .

It provides facility for reporting online crimes,

complaints.

This system generates graphical analysis of crime in

the city.
AIM:
The aim of this project is to develop “ONLINE CRIME
FORECASTING AND REPORTING” system which is
equally accessible to the public as well as to the
police department.
Scope Of The System:
This is the system which is applicable to all police
stations through out the city.

This system is useful for crime detection and

prevention.

Offers a GUI interface to its users and connects to a

common database(s).

Product Perspective
The purpose of this document is to specify the
