• Jawa Mee is same like other
noodle like mee udang and
mee bandung. But the special
of mee bandung it it cooked
with sweet potato. The main
ingredient of jawa mee is
prawn and sweet potato. Refer
to the name we can predict it
that it present and popular
among the Javanese.
• They were also other food that
related Javanese like nasi ambang
or nasi ambeng. If you can see
nasi ambeng is like ordinary
Malaysia food, rice and dish. Nasi
ambeng contain serunding kelapa
that popular among the Javanese
dish. Then a fried noodle, nut,
bunga ayam(salted fish),tumis
tempe, vegetable and chicken.
Nasi ambeng is practice by eating
together about two or more
people in the tray that come from
the Arabian practice.
• Putu is a food that
popular among a malay
and indian. It have varous
type like putu mayam,
bambu(bamboo) and
piring(plate ). Putu it
made from a special flour
and cook by steam it. The
dish is always mix with
coconut and red sugar.
• Rojak mee is also a noodle
dish like jawa mee. Rojak
mean mix that introduce
that the dish is mix with
lot of dish like tempe,
touhu, jemput-jemput,
potato, cucumber and etc.
But there were the
important ingredient that
cannot stay out or being
place, it was the soup.
• Like Javanese food there were
also the Malaysian food that
come from the other country
and has been practice by
Malaysian for a long century
like roti canai and putu. Roti
canai is named with the place
where it comes from, Chennai,
India. Roti canai it made up
from a flour and water and
other secret ingredient. it
always being practice with a
soup like curry .

Cook the tapioca in boil water
Mix coconut with a of little sugar and salt
Keropok Lekor
The main ingredient is fish meat
Mix with some “tepung sagu”
Can be eat by fried or boil them
Akok Telur
The main ingredient is eggs and flour and sugar
Cook by grill them in the “akok” mold
Onde-Onde
Main ingredient is flour mix with some food colour
There are “gula Melaka” inside them
Mix with coconut after cook them in boil water

Cook the glutinous rise
Mix them with coconut and some sugar and salt
More tasty if we eat with fried fish as the dish

• It’s one of kelantanesse traditional food
• Made of cassava, which are blended.
• Eat with coconut husk and some melaka sugar.
Kuih Tepung Boko
• It’s also one of traditional kelantanesse food.
• At Kelantan it was called as tepung boko, but in others state it
maybe called as kuih talam.
• “boko” in kelantan are known as tray.
• It’s also made by cassava.
Kuih Belebab
• Can making by using cassava or potato.
• Have to stim it and wrap it with banana leaf.
• Easy and very delicious.

Keropok Amplang
It called Pelang or Keropok Amplang. It was a local
made and its ingredients is prawn and fish. It can
be found around market in Sabah.
Kuih Cincin
It made from flour and the fill use bean. It is very
crisp and suitable to be eaten on tea break.
Kuih Penjaram
There is two cake type penjaram that popular
namely that brown and green. Penjaram cake are
made from rice flour, where that green coloured
flavoured pandan.
Buras
It is a kind of Bugis quarter's traditional food consist
steamed rice with coconut milk that wrapped in banana
leaf. Buras are also known as burasak that is always
mentioned by Bugis Johor person.
