Consider the above slide in which 45% is Race1 and 55% is Race2. Thus if everyones capabilities are uniformly distributed in the Community the Ratio of the Race1 divided by Race2 in all professions will be 45/55 ie., 0.82 But we find the ratio less in Professions X & Y and More in Z

Meaning Of Activity Ratio To A Community

If the activity ratio of a given section /race/cast /group in a profession or organisation is Very much less than its Community ratio then it can mean: Either that group is not interested/empowered/ in that profession/organisation.It can also mean that the Other,Competing group is more talented/empowered. It can also mean that artifical/unjust systems are putting Barriers to this group.Importantly it can also imply that the weaker group is less socially integrated within themselves
