SEARCHING INVOLVES TWO STEOS:-
1. SOURCE ACTIVATION- this means that no

exist.
2. SELLING- here organisations walk tightrope. On
one hand,they want to do what ever they can to
attract desirable applicants. On the other, they
must resist the temptation of overselling their
virtues.
V The screening process begins with an analysis
of application materials submitted by
applicants in response to the announcement
of an open position. The search committee is
responsible for selecting the candidates for
interview who meet all minimum
