 Vastu Shastra is the sublime elucidation of your surrounding and their influence on your life. Vastu Shastra unifies the science, art, astronomy and astrology, it can also be said as an ancient mystic science for designing and building.

Techniques involving balancing of the cosmic element water & the cosmic quality wind in the system to achieve harmony with cosmic rays. Feng Shui is a science incorporating astronomy, geography, the environment, the magnetic field & the physics.

 LIVE HOME helps the user to design the interior of their homes as per their requirements .  User will also be provided with a facility of viewing their designed home in a 2D fashion.

Our project aims at developing this tool at Non Commercial Level which could prove beneficial for peoples interested in designing their own home. We aim at creating a tool which is capable of designing the interior as per the laws of Vastu Shastra & Feng Shui.

We have chosen JAVA as the coding language. Why java? Live home should be platform independent. Flexibility and its ability to converse with machine internals.

Sweet Home 3D: Sweet Home 3D is a free interior design program for the Mac and Linux. It ships with a quantity of ready made models which you can drop and position to your hearts content.

It is very easy to learn and use. It creates nice-looking designs. It is cross-platform as it is being developed in java.

The Tools available in the market are High End Tools that Meets the Current Business requirements and are of Enterprise Editions. None of the soft wares available in the market provides the user with a facility of Vastu Shastra & Feng Shui.

The Tool that we are developing is for the non commercial users at small scale. We are developing the Tool which also provides facility for the users to check their home stability using Vastu Shastra & Feng Shui.

There are many features in the software are present in the existing software. But, these features are not upto customers satisfaction. Thus, customer involvement is very crucial for the project so that we get end-user satisfaction.

The software will be developed on pre-mature level. The software developed here will act as a prototype for further development. The changes will be made in the next versions as per the customers requirement. Features like Vastu-Shastra & Feng-shui will be fully provided in future versions.

The product will be developed on noncommercial level. It is one of the main reasons for developing this software which the existing systems lack. The software will be more user friendly than the others present in the market.

During the development of this software the focus will be more on customer requirements rather than documentations or other processes. End user satisfaction is crucial.

As the software will be developed on premature level this feature is vital. While designing, the focus will be given more on the architecture such that it can be easily incremented.

This project can be implemented in a 3D realistic view along with the walk through. Currently the software does not include objects needed to build a full- fledged house. This can be improved upon providing the user with more objects. The software currently works on the basic part of Vastushastra and Fengshui. This can be updated with the complex part of both.

Our software is aimed at use for Non Commercial level by House hold users. The formation of simple and basic 2D view of house is possible with our project. This will be a very effective software for beginners. It is not intended as an industrial strength tool.
