Conceptual Paradigm
Statement of the Problem Generally, this study examined the nursing career at United Candelaria Doctors Hospital in the context of job satisfaction. It sought to identify how satisfied nurses are in their current job and how it is related to the desire of most nurses to work abroad. Specifically, it aims to answer the following questions:
1. What is the demographic profile of the nurses in terms of: 1.1 Age 1.2 Gender 1.3 Marital status 1.4 Length of service/tenure 1.5 Educational attainment?
2. What is the level of job satisfaction of nurses at United Candelaria Doctors Hospital in terms of: 2.1 Salary 2.2 Daily routine/workload 2.3 Work environment 2.4 Collegial relationships/attitudes of coworkers 2.5 Treatment/ leadership of superiors 2.6 Benefits/ motivation system

4. Is there a significant implication of the level of job satisfaction of nurses in COLLEGE OF United Candelaria Doctors NURSING Hospital to their desire to work abroad?
HYPOTHESES:
H1: The levels of satisfaction vary among the different determinants used in the study. H2: The demographic profile has a significant indirect effect on the desire to work abroad. H3: And the job satisfaction rate of nurses has a significant implication to their desire to work abroad.
United Candelaria Doctors Hospital has a total of forty (40) nurses. Universal sampling was used because the study comprised one hundred percent (100%) of the total population. Sample population was chosen because they were appropriate for the purpose of assessing job satisfaction

and desire to work abroad and they may have different experiences regarding the variables that will be use to measure satisfaction. The researcher also considered the different attributes of the staff nurses that may affect their level of job satisfaction.
STATISTICAL TOOL
Frequencies and Percentages were used to determine the demographic profile of the respondents and assess their desire to work abroad.

Mean and Standard Deviation were used to determine the level of job satisfaction of the nurses at United Candelaria Doctors Hospital

The t-test for correlated mean was used to find out the significant effect of demographic profile and implication of job satisfaction on the desire to work abroad.
Problem 1
What is the demographic profile of the nurses in terms of: - Age - Gender - Marital status - Length of service/tenure - Educational attainment?
FINDINGS Majority of the respondents belong to ages 20-24 with a percentage of 72.5%, there are more females which comprised 65% of the respondents, 30 or 75% are single, 20 or half of the nurses have been working for just less than a year, and 97.5% of the respondents do not have a master s degree.

FINDINGS

What is the level of job satisfaction of nurses at United Candelaria Doctors Hospital in terms of: - Benefits/ motivation system - Work schedule - Job safety/ security - Recognition - Personal fulfillment - Promotion/ growth opportunities -Working relationships with physicians?
Benefits/motivation system, 2.51(SD=0.08); work schedule, 3.82(SD=0.03); job safety/security, 3.54(SD=0.37); recognition, 3.76(SD=0.13); personal fulfillment, 3.91(SD=0.25); promotion/growth opportunities, 3.4(SD=0.45); and working relationship with physicians, 4.06(SD=0.06). Overall, the average mean of 3.58 and the standard deviation of 0.48 revealed that the respondents are satisfied with their job.

CONCLUSION
Nurses in United Candelaria Doctors Hospital have the highest satisfaction rate in terms of their collegial relationship,
While they have the lowest satisfaction rate in terms of benefits/motivation system, salary, promotion/growth opportunities and daily routine/ workload. But overall they are satisfied with their job.
Problem 3.
FINDINGS
Is there a significant effect of demographic profile on nurses desire to work abroad as moderated by work-related factors?
Job satisfaction was found to have a varying level when plotted against the different subgroups based on the demographic data. The computed T-values of 3.42, 2.17, 4.15, 3.33, and 3.89 indicate the significance of demographic profile to the level of job satisfaction.

CONCLUSION
The different demographic subgroups have different level of satisfaction. The most dissatisfied subgroups are the age group of 2024, male group,
single nurses, nurses who are working for 6-10 years, and those who dont have a masters degree.
While the most satisfied are the 40above age group, female group, single parent, nurses who have been in service for more than 20 years and nurses with Masters Degree.
H2. The demographic profile has a significant indirect effect on the desire to work abroad.

Is there a significant implication of the level of job satisfaction of nurses in United Candelaria Doctors Hospital to their desire to work abroad?
The result revealed that 95% of the nurses have desire to work abroad. The computed T-value of 4.27 and P-value of 0.000126 indicate that there is a significant implication of the level of job satisfaction of nurses in United Candelaria Doctors Hospital to their desire to work abroad.
CONCLUSION
The varying satisfaction rates found in the different job determinants influence the desire of nurses to work abroad.
The hypothesis 3 is accepted in the statement that the job satisfaction rate of nurses has a significant implication to their desire to work abroad.
CONCLUSION
The study concludes that the low job satisfaction rate of nurses in terms of benefits, salary, promotion/ growth opportunities and
daily routine/workload continuously feed their desire to look for better working conditions abroad.
RECOMMENDATION
1. The management should review and if possible modify their human resource policies and programs particularly on the compensation packages.
