The Unit P mp System uses a Cam-InBlock Design with High Pressure Pumps Activated Directly by the Camshaft Other Cam-In-Block Engines use Push Rods to Activate the Injectors
Push Rods Do Not Offer the Stiffness necessary for the High Fuel Injection Pressures Needed for High Performance
