Pollution is the major problem for the company. 20% of employment is reserved for local people. Only male workers are employed in the plant. 40% among the workers are graduates. The company is providing a well conceived transportation system.

The company should undertake more projects to control water pollution. They still follows old technology.It could give a much better output if technological upgradation is done within a year. The company should adopt adequate and proper marketing method. The company should take necessary steps to fill the vacancies for the smooth functioning.
