College cultural forum conducts several personality development programmes such as elocution, debate, Seminars, special lectures {on career guidance & music}, subject association programmes etc. Annual day and Talentia is organized every year to recognize and appreciate the talent of students. SUMMER INTERNSHIPS
The department actively encourages students to take up summer internships & the final year placement is taken care of by the placement cell. A few second year students undergo summer placements at RBI every year. Some of the companies where the students are Share-ebazaar, LB s, Syntel, WNS, HDFC Standard Life, J.P.Morgan. Mr. Umesh Chauhan is in-charge of CONQUEST (placements).

CONFLUENCE, the three day annual inter collegiate festival attracts sponsors from the corporate world, gets management students from across the city and boasts of an array of management event ranging from Marketing, Finance, HR,PR Decision Making, Crisis handling and Time Management. The chief guest and judges for the various events are drawn from co-oroprates like Piramal healthcare,RCF,Network18 We have a number of events namely - Share-ebazaar, Brandwagon, Biz-antakshari., Super selector etc

Students friendly environment


Grievance cell has been set up to address the grievances of students and staff member of the college. Suggestion scheme A participatory tool for organisation excellence. A suggestion box has been installed for students for improvement of college on all fronts {Academics, administrative and other matters}. Anti-Ragging Squad has been setup for the safety of students and any students involved in ragging activities will be strictly punished. Women's Development Cell organizes programs on self defense courses for girls, self confidence and provides counseling etc.

Students achievements
Students of present T.Y.BMS participated in the fight the filth campaign which was conducted by Mumbai Mirror. The students have adopted the nearby slum area and have taken up the responsibility of ensuring that proper cleanliness and other hygiene is maintained. This is an ongoing campaign thus ensuring the contribution to the society.

RULES
Students shall not be allowed to enter the college premises without showing the valid Identity Card. The Students should come decently dressed to the college, failing which they shall not be allowed to enter the college premises. For violation of dress code there will be a fine of Rs.100/ Students will not be permitted to use mobile phone, iPod, and camera within the college premises. A fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged if they are found using any of the above mentioned items in the college premises along with the confiscation of the instrument.

Minimum 75% attendance in each subject compulsory.

40marks (includes projects, assignments, tests and vivas) Passing marks -16 Internals Term-end 60marks (two hours examination) Passing marks 24 Passing marks should sum up to 40.

A candidate shall be allowed to keep terms for semester II if he/she passes Semester I OR if he/she fails in not more than two theory papers of Semester I. A candidate shall be allowed to keep terms for Semester III if he/she passes Semester I and Semester II OR if he/she fails in not more than two theory papers of Semester I and Semester II taken together. A candidate shall be allowed to keep terms for Semester IV if he/she passed in each of Semester I, II and III OR if he/she passes Semester I and fails in not more than two theory papers of Semester II and Semester III taken together. A candidate shall be allowed to keep terms for Semester V if he/she passes in each of Semester I, II, III and IV OR if he/she passes Semester I and Semester II and fails in not more than two theory papers of Semester III and Semester IV taken together. A candidate shall be allowed to keep terms for Semester VI if he/she passes in each of Semester I, II, III, IV and V OR if he/she passes Semester I, Semester II and Semester III and fails in not more than two theory papers of Semester IV and Semester V taken together, irrespective of his/her Grade in Project I of Semester V.

RE-EVALUATION PROCEDURE
If a student is not satisfied with his /her marks then they can apply for re-evaluation the procedure for the same is as follows:Another subject faculty will be called for reevaluating the paper. This will be an individual evaluation since the original marks will be masked. In case there is an increase in his/her marks then it will get reflected in the mark sheet.
