When an engineer submits a problem sheet for return visit, he can click Submit Case on the sheet to create a case (the sheet becomes a technical case draft). In the GCRMS system, the engineer modifies the technical case draft to the best and then submits the case to the website. The submitted case is automatically sent to the Support website. Then the experts of the product line review the case. After the case passes the review, it is released on the website.

Online Submitting of Technical Suggestions

The technical suggestions are automatically submitted to the technical suggestion database after they are submitted on the Support website. This facilitates customers to submit technical suggestions. Definition of Document Problem on the GCRMS System

Document Problem: Problem of the document that leads to the failure of operations on site or failure to complete the task due to the wrong operation, such as key document scarcity of important products (written in Chinese and English), incomplete, error or vague description. Example:
Key document scarcity: The documents provided do not meet the requirements of the key document list or the commitment. Incomplete description: For operational documents: Key operations are not described, or the operation procedure is incomplete, which leads to the failure of operations on site or failure to complete the task. For descriptive documents: In a document, some feature or function of the product is not described, which leads to the complain of users because they cannot find the description when they use the feature or function. If some feature or function of the product is not described, customers may suspect the feature or function of the product. In addition, if the description is incomplete, customers may complain or suspect the product. Error information: For example, does not support is written as supports; 0 is written as 1; warm reset is written as cold reset, which may lead to the service interruption.
