Suggestions
1

Bank must ensure that their services are competitive in case of ATM, Debit Card or Internet Banking so that the level of usage will increase.

Considering current system, only the people who have proper literacy or have understanding about computer literacy can manage E-Banking services in bank (considering employee) and outside the bank (customer), so there should be match between a system and people working for system and also customer who are getting service.
Bank have strong security measure for E-Banking services but yet customer are unaware about it, bank must take an effort to increase this awareness. Ex. E-banking advertisement giving more stress on their services must also give stress on security.

Suggestions (Conti.)
4

Bank must increase the promotional channel and effort to make their future customer and existing customer aware about E-Banking and its services.
