CONCLUSION
From this research, it is concluded that most of the

women are facing stress during working hours and stress effects their personal as well as professional life. There is nothing to boost their morale they feel. Work is

not worship to them; they just carry on for the sake of carrying on. Women are more sensitive as compared to men. A particular stress thus affects them more than the men.

Working hours so designed that they can feel relax

and give time to their family

The management programmes must be

implemented to deal with the stress level like improved communication, redesigning job etc.
Adopt the various strategies to reduce the stress
